Re: Fixture Check, Skipping Unpatched Channels

You could write up a script that could do it all on a looping cue list. With this you could get the same effect. You could even specify how quickly it should go through the time on the cue. The script would have to start on your lowest number. Select a channel, check if it has anything patch. If so ...

Re: Channel Renumbering

PATCH - s11(patch by fixture) - s7 (modify data) - enter base channel - (m2) move to - enter destination channel - enter

This will move cue data from one fixture number to another, works in ranges too.

I hope this is what you are looking for.

(LUA) - Invert levels through 50%

Quite like roberts flip flop code but this looks at the intensity of the fixtures and compares it to 50%. Passing it through this. 100% = 0%, 40% = 60% and so on. Handy for flipping out a gradient line of PARs or inverting an image on a matrix or something. s = HC.GetCurrentSelectionSet(',') for fix...

Re: iPhone Riggers Remote

Nice update, I was curious how you would do the next and prev. The way we use the desk leaves us with large ranges of channel numbers with many gaps in between. 2 digit numbers being movers and standard fixtures. 100 series being front of house fixtures and so on. So this solution for next and prev ...

Prop. patch question

Is there a quicker way of doing this because going through the list and doing them one by one will literally take me all day long. Also during the production period i'd like to be ab...

10.6.3 - Blind to patch to live

Small graphical error

All done with the mouse -
From live go to blind.
Then go to patch.
Then go to live "cues" button.

The result is a slightly grayed out screen that claims to be blind but still lets you bring up channels in live.

Re: Fixture Profile

"Because of the Universal Attribute Control (conditional attributes, abstract attributes, units etc.) HCI must write them"

Can i ask why?

I imagine that a badly written fixture would probably cause also sorts of nasty crashes but i'd love to know whats involved in writing up a fixture.
