Flaky Grand Master

Another tricky issue: I have a number of random channels that jump to zero when I move the grandmaster a little bit. Most channels will fade normally, and fade back up, but several will blink to zero. These same channels will not come back up when I raise the grand master back to full. However, if t...

Re: Remote Operations

Well, I tried this. I'm not sure I'm exactly where I needed to be. When I start NEO PC, it asks about Remote/Main. I tell it Remote, but it is still looking for DMX hardware which tells me it is trying to send DMX directly from the PC. What I really want is for the PC to actually operate the console...

Remote Operations

Is there a remote access application available for the Windows computer that allows me to operate the console? I can connect with Remote Viewer but it appears that it only gives me access to the screen with no operational ability. I can also connect with my Android phone but that app does not give m...

Submaster operation with Intensity Wheel

I have an annoying issue -- I have a submaster up at 80%. I select a channel controlled by the sub and adjust the level to 10% with the wheel. I clear the selection or adjust another channel. Then at a later time, I adjust the submaster to 60%. If I select the same channel again and try to adjust it...

Palettel Windows

In using the window layout manager, I have windows stored on my second display for my palettes. When using the console buttons for "cue lists" or "groups", etc. to bring those windows to the front, or to open them, they are then covering the palette windows. Using the "close" button does close those...

Patching Issue

Hello -- I'm experiencing a minor irritation when patching dimmers. Sometimes I'm correcting patching issues by turning on channels until I get the one that lights up the dimmer I want to change. Sometimes I just want to turn the dimmer off, so I patch it to zero. But most of the time, if I do this,...

Re: Calibrating Scrollers

Thanks . I took a simpler approach to see if it would work. Surprisingly, it did. I just slid the endpoint of the curve a little bit clockwise on the graph which makes the values later. The frames are now centered in all the frames. Not sure that was the "correct" method, but it seems to work. Mike

Re: Calibrating Scrollers

OK, that's a bummer. I'm not sure how to do that with the dimmer profile, but I'll give a whirl.

Thanks,
Mike

Calibrating Scrollers

Hello Bobby,
Is there a comparable NEO function to the "calibration" function on the ETC Ion?? I have a couple of scroller frames that are not quite right.

Thanks,
Mike
