Re: How to fully define second page of wheel parameters?

You should be able to add as many lines to the table as you want and then the first column can be set to the same family (it does not need to be unique). So if for example you have 8 attributes for "Beam" click on the "Add" button and on the new line thats created set the first column to "Beam". Whe...

Re: Indexed and continuous ranges for single wheel property?

Unfortunately not in this case. As you have discovered if you have indexed values then the default operation of the encoders is to jump between the indexed items. If you hold down the shift key then the encoder will be released from the indexed operation and allow you to move through all of the valu...

Re: Console software does not start properly

Thank you for sending in the log file. I can't see any obvious reason for the failed startup. Did you by change try pressing the Live button to see if the channels appeared? The log indicates that all of the sub-systems of the software started correctly so this appears to be a display issue. I would...

Re: App for iPad control

I have tested this with a VL440 and a VL4K and it appears to be working as expected for me. I also tested with both an iOS and Android device (not sure what you are using). I only tested phone format devices as it does not look like a tablet in your photos. There have been no changes recently that I...

Re: Values in control by macro

Do you mean that "Focus Time" is set as a "Control" known type? If that's the case then its an error in the library. Couple of things... 1. There is a dedicated "Lamp On" macro built into the system (and you can assign a shortcut to it). Press the select button on screen and then go to "Tools & Macr...

Re: No "Channel Group Details" window - V3.4.0.55

If you can get it back using alt-tab then drag the window over the bottom of the group window and it should re-dock into the bottom of this window.

Re: App for iPad control

I have found and fixed an issue with submasters using the app. I was able to apply a fix within NEO itself to reolve this. Essentially the direct 1 digit feature would cause values send from the remote below 10 being recognized by the system as values x10. I was not however able to see a problem wit...

Re: No "Channel Group Details" window - V3.4.0.55

If you double click on the channel field in the group list or click on the button (...) in that field it should reopen the window. If it does not open when doing that try holding down the control key on your keyboard while doing that. Holding down the control key when opening any window in NEO will ...

Re: Fixture Editor

I assume you are talking about the colours beyond the primary's.
This is used by the advanced colour mixing engine to calculate how much of each to use when a colour is chosen from a colour palette.

Re: Own programmes in the Control Panel

For 3rd party applications we would need to check their license agreement to see if we are able to pre-install them on the system. if we install their apps then its considered distribution and this is often restricted in software licenses. We will discuss ways around this. At the moment there is no ...
