If you double click on the channel field in the group list or click on the button (...) in that field it should reopen the window. If it does not open when doing that try holding down the control key on your keyboard while doing that. Holding down the control key when opening any window in NEO will ...

I assume you are talking about the colours beyond the primary's.
This is used by the advanced colour mixing engine to calculate how much of each to use when a colour is chosen from a colour palette.

For 3rd party applications we would need to check their license agreement to see if we are able to pre-install them on the system. if we install their apps then its considered distribution and this is often restricted in software licenses. We will discuss ways around this. At the moment there is no ...

Yes, any Ethernet to DMX device that supports ArtNet, sACN, ShowNet, Pathport will work with the console.
The ODE is configured for ArtNet out of the box.

As a quick suggestion to help identify this problem. Can you open the "Console Debug Window" from the "More" menu. In this you will see a check box (bottom right) labeled "Cap Sense". Please turn that off and see if this make a difference to the issue you are experiencing. If it makes no difference ...

Yes, you can do that. There is an option in the System Properties -> show Defaults -> Advanced -> Allow shared submasters. If you turn this on then you can use the same submaster for multiple items. Its turned off by default to keep it simple.
