Effects numbering Vs Sub fader

ML250 V1.2 The effects display screen only list the effects by number ( in the order they were programmed). There is no cross referencing to the sub fader they are attached to. The other thing I've noticed that softkeys in the effects list (apart from the timing) seem to do nothing. Even though they...

chase step loop not giving accurate results

ML250 V1.2 I've made several individual chases that are all exactly the same, just the fixtures are different. They are all seven step chases and they all work fine except for the last one. When the chase returns to step 1 values from step 7 remain in the loop. Not sure what's creating this headache...

VGA Display

The Display window for intel lights is very small. It can only display 4 MPar fixtures or 2 Movers at a time. Considering the desk can use up to 30 individually addressed fixtures this appears to be rather stingy. The ideal would be to have each of the display areas on there own page or tab. OR allo...

Groups Bug

ML250 V1.2. I've only just noticed this recently. Occasionally applying a group returns a result of zip. At first I thought that I or one of my techs had updated to the wrong version. No. Still running V1.2. And I was only using groups a few days ago. I resorted to the tried and true method of ML250...

Grouping Conventionals and LEDs

Occasionally I will have some conventionals and LEDs share a colour wash. In these instants I would normally group all the units together or record a colour palette depending on the console I'm using. I've not been able to do this on the ML250. It would be a very handy tool to be able to mix convent...

Re: Replacing Fixtures

Any chance the board could be updated to accommodate fixture replacements?

Replacing Fixtures

On the ML250 is there a way to replace a fixture on the soft keys without having to reprogram the replacements from scratch?

Re: Virtual Dimmer

Hey Inky

Create a sub for the LED Par that is INHIBIT. That should give you intensity control. It'll create havoc if you're using the Par in cues, but if you're only operating off subs it should be OK.

Re: General Use Questions

Hey charlesondrek

Regarding your question 5 above.

I've discovered if you make another sub INHIBIT with the same fixtures in it, you can use it to fade the intensities.

It takes up valuable real estate, but it's the only workaround I've been able think of. Anyone discovered another way?

Re: Labelling Fixture Softkeys

Thanks Bobby For anyone who wants to try or has tried this:-- Here are some minor issues to date. So far I've duplicated 100 odd .tff files all with different labels (I've tried to cover all possible uses here). All fixtures that have the same profile I have put into a folder labelled as that fixtur...
