Hard Drive Maintence on Pallet VL

Hi guys, The stage manager and I have recently noticed our Pallet VL, bootup, and shut down as well as saving has been taking a little longer than usual. Now these are probably minor issues, but it got me thinking about maintenance of the console itself, particularly the hard Drive and the computer ...

Re: Small Question on programing

Hey thanks guys, Bobby, that defiantly looks promising, even using some of the sub masters to control some of the shutter controls on our moving lights, outside of the console controls sounds promising. Also gooze , Thanks for that, that helped, I played with it and found that if you just type look ...

Re: Small Question on programing

Hey Gooze, Thanks for that it, I will try it, it should save allot of work, Without criticizing the console I am still a bit surprised that something that isn`t setup a little more easier or logical. Your advice will definitely help although having the the ability to edit a cue on the fly using the ...

Re: Quick question concerning Piority with moving lights

Hi Bobby, Sorry for the stupid question, That makes, sense I just didn`t realize that the attributes were always LTP even if the sub masters are HTP. So if thats the case does that rule work for intensity or does the intensity as a attribute of the moving lights follow what ever type the sub master ...

Quick question concerning Piority with moving lights

Hi guys, Quick Question for you, Does the priority system work on DMX Values? I was doing some programing for a show, and programed a quick spot using the mac 250 into a sub master. On a another sub master I had a generic scene in with some data for the mac, which only dealt with the pan and tilt. s...

Re: Question Concerning Moving Light Profiles

Hey Thanks Bobby, I would appreciate that, I know some of these functions may seem trivial but in certain application they can become very useful. I would just like an easy way to get access to them, Its just not even the macs, allot of fixtures put certain functions within the dmx values of a chann...

Re: Question Concerning Moving Light Profiles

Thanks for the reply, When we tried any of the Hz from 2HZ including 5 all the way up, belive it or not it was still too fast. Its not the strobe effect I am after just more ofsetting pulse between the fixtures, to ultimatley create a quick 1 cue chase effect. The frustrating part is when you look a...
