Re: Number pad Locks

No it's not that. Try as I might I can't make it happen. However during plotting today it happened again then the desk told me "something bad has happened". I had to reboot. I saved the .dmp file to my usb but didn't take a note of the email address to send it to, any takers on that address?

Re: More Ram??

Thanks for the tip golights, I'll give it a try.

Rob it's not a lag when your running a show it's during plotting that the lag occurs, I'm sitting behind the other progammer at the minute and he is having the same problem with switching sub pages, we're running 10.3.1

More Ram??

We are having trouble with a lag on the Classic Palette (10.3.1). The desk can take quite a few seconds to respond to commands. Last night for example I counted 7 before it switched from sub pg 1 to sub pg 2.!! I realise that there is a lot going on in the background but it makes it very difficult t...

Number pad Locks

Hi
I'm sure I'm doing something really stupid (inadvertently hitting a key prob). When recording a cue the number pad will not let me change the cue number, I have to use the numbers on the keyboard. It's only occasional-which makes me think it must be pilot error.

2nd screen via USB-vga

During a Strand tutorial in Dublin we were told it was possible to run a 2nd screen on a classic palette using a usb to vga device. Knowing the issues with drivers on locked down OSs I knew I would require a "driver free" device. I called strand in london and asked which particular usb/vga was teste...
