Re: Create and Attach Scripts via commands

Hi Robert Its more about being able to automagically put the scripts in the right place, like in a cue. there are 2 apps I had in mind - Cue List Chase Assistant, like John's Bump Chase Builder. The app would be able to assign hc.cuelistgo and hc.curlistrelease to a cue. (This would need a few other...

Re: Many, many questions

• Can we please make it so that on the “Other Window” can have a channel display and moving light attributes, rather than the one or the other option we currently have? I’d like to see both! Also, could we make the Other Window clickable? If I right click on the channel display in my main window, I...

Re: 10.6.2 - Stopping a Bump FX in cue issue

So it also needs to be recorded delta as well... I pleade to the lovely folk at Horizon to make FX the top priority, there are too many bugs, and worse (IMO) catches. Pretty please. The frowns on my operators faces are killing me... I beg, I grovel, "polish you shoes sir?" Everyone I know that...

Re: 10.6.2 - Basic ML Patch

hey gooze, yeah, but if it's a dimmer to start with, it doesn't cover the atts. Which it seems you like. But this is inconsistent with the 'using S keys to choose the fixture' method which does patch the atts when intially creating the fixture, it's a 3 step process if you want to use the menu. - pa...

10.6.2 - Basic ML Patch

In patch by fixture, you can't use the nice menu to select a fixture type straight up. If you patch witchout specifying fixture type, it defaults to dimmer, when you alter dimmer to another fixture by the menu, it only patches intensity, you have to maually set attribute start address But if you spe...

Re: 10.6.2 - Stopping a Bump FX in cue issue

here you go starts q 2 (recorded live minus subs) in q 3 I stopped the effect, selected the relevant channels, knocked them out, recorded as delta in q 6 I again stopped the effect, set them the relevant channels to zero recorded delta (yes they were delta'd) if you jump, or assert any q after 2, th...

Create and Attach Scripts via commands

It be handy to be able to create and attach a script to anything via commands. So where functionality requires the use of a script - such as start and stop cue list chase, it can be performed very quickly by an external app, or a bump button. perhaps along the lines of: HC.ScriptEditorOpen('lookpage...

record... opps - change to looks... record

[record] oops, i don't want to record a cue, change to looks view (the command line clears), [record]
asks no questions, just records the predicted look.
I guess it thinks you've already pushed record once and are confirming by pushing it again.

Palette VL 2nd Monitor update slow

Very slow in fact, if I drag an app on the second monitor it refreshes at no less than half a second.
As I mouse over a window it also slows right down. I find it very annoying.

Is this a system thing to keep processing to a minimum... or is something wrong?
