When creating a fixture in the fixture editor you have the choice of what color red, green, blue .... are. Does the color that is picked effect the color mixing engine or is it just for visual display on the screen?

I voted specific palette. If one has a modifier I think the counter point should. Palette would be my second choice. Consistency in vocabulary is a plus.
The only real danger is formatting the key. There is a file that you cannot see that holds the password. I know the one gotcha with Art Net is the numbering of the universes. Try subtracting one. The Art Net universe starts with 0 not 1. I have also heard of issues with IP range and subnet mask.
What console do you have? If this is a Palette console you should go to "FILE" and select "EXIT" the console will then prompt you if you would like to save and then if you want to shutdown.
