So, general thoughts. I need to upgrade a client's Classic Palette this Friday. They're at 10.1.1, I'll take them to either 10.3.1 or 10.4.2. These are pretty low end users and there's no need for routing functions in this space. What's the safer, more stable bet at this point?

Along those lines, is there any chance of getting key stroke macros back? a la a 500 or LightPalette 90? Lua is very nice but a full scripting language isn't always necessary.

Yes, sorry. 10.3.1, I'm not on the beta lists. I'll take a look again when the next release comes out. It was only an experiment.

Working with my offline editor, I'm trying to import a USITT soft patch, but no luck. I've exported a patch file from Lightwright. Palette recognizes that there is patch information in the file, and I've checked the "Patch" check box in the import dialogue, but nothing happens after that. I've tried...

You can also make custom gobo labels very simply. Under patch choose S10 [Edit Profiles], than press S2 or click on the "Profile New/Copy/Delete" button and select the appropriate sized wheel from the cascade menu.
