Re: Intensity Wheel and Fixture Issue

This is because moving the wheel does not automatically turn on the virtual dimmer for the sub fixtures. When you press the ON button the software has internal logic that will automatically set the sub fixture intensity to full. If you set it with the command line (i.e. 81 @ 20) then this will also ...

Re: Fixture COLOR issue

Below the button "Generic color Chooser" button on the color tab (you may need to scroll down) you will see a check box labeled "Apply to all color mixers". Can you confirm that this option is checked? The zones option in the "Beam" tab will only affect the "color wheel" as that is a function of the...

Re: Phantom GO

Bobby's suggestion of testing this on NEO PC is a good one as that should eliminate if its a hardware issue or something in the show file. If you want to email us the log file then this should also identify whats triggering the GO. You can quickly access the log file folder from the "Maintenance" ta...

Re: Blind Editing

We have found and fixed the issue with the blind cue pointer changing after editing the description.

With regards to the quick edit... I will do some more testing on this but have not been able to reproduce a problem yet.
If you have steps to reproduce this problem it would be very helpful.

Re: Lamps Still Lit Warning?

That's a good point. Sorry there is no way for a shutdown macro to cancel the shutdown process.

Re: Playback wing

I am a little surprised by the behavior myself.
It should mimic the state of the internal playback on power up. We will need to look into it.

Re: Blind Editing

Can you tell me exactly how you are editing the cue description - command line, popout box in the side bar or are you editing it in the cue list window?

Re: Lamps Still Lit Warning?

There is no way for the desk to tell if a lamp is struck. Some fixtures may support getting this information over RDM but I would say most of the time this information is not obtainable. You could write your own shutdown macro that popped up a dialog box. In the macro put a line: SHOW MESSAGE Have y...
