Re: save problems

Was this also originally an old show that you opened before doing the "Save As"? The log you sent is indicating some exclusive lock exists on the database file. The save operation actually launches a separate operation to write the the active database to the NEO file but its being denied because NEO...

Re: save problems

Hi, Couple of things... 1. When you see this problem occur can you open the Control Panel and go to the "Maintenance" tab. Click on the "Open log file folder" and in this resulting directory get the file "GBAK_Log.txt". This file gets overwritten every time a save happens (GBAK runs) so you need to ...

Re: Backup or save

Essentially a backup file is a firebird backup (BAK) that has been zipped. When restoring a backup the system will accept either a BAK or a ZIP file. If it see's a zip file then it will automatically extract the BAK and restore that. A NEO file has another level of ZIP archive on top of that. A NEO ...

Re: wysiwyg

I don't believe that WYG supports ShowNet as a protocol. If you are using ShowNet for output and want to connect to WYG also then I would recommend that you use the direct connection that we provide. This can be turned on in the "Visualiser" tab of the System Properties. The implementation in the re...

Re: Calibrating Scrollers

Sorry we do not have an equivalent function to that.
The best solution would be to use a dimmer profile to adjust the output that DMX channel.

Re: Copying Cues

In the "Cue List" window select the cues you want to copy and then from the "Cue Options" menu select "Copy selected cues to another cue list".
You will find a number of options to set what the software should do in the event of a conflict with the other cue list.

Re: desk lights

The desk lamps are dimmer 0 so you can control them with the DIM command and put that onto a shortcut.
e.g.
DIM 0 @ 127
Setting it to anything over 255 will cause them to flash.

Re: shownet

I have just checked the installation script and the ShowNet file is definitely included.
Its possible that it was missing in a previous build but I dont remember noticing and adding it recently.

Re: URGENT Problem with Talky Walky

I did a test with the radios that I use on productions and could not reproduce the problem as described.
What are the brand of radios you are using?
Do you know the frequency that they are operating on?
