Re: Support

In which case, I apologise and withdraw my somewhat intemperate question! Pleased to hear it, and look forward to positive developments.

Re: Support

Emailed on the 28th April. No reply. Is he not even going to have the courage to tell us to go screw ourselves to our faces?

Re: State of play?

I try to be as honest as I can on the forum regardless of the console that is being discussed. On the 250ML, the development comes out of China. I try and manage and provide the info whether it's bugs or feature requests (some additional info comes from tech support and from other product specialis...

Re: State of play?

Thanks. Please understand I don't doubt your good faith in this, but, as I've noted before, you may not be the right person to be talking to. So my question would be: who is? Is there a decision maker we can email and (maybe) get answers from? Because right now this forum seems a spectacularly ineff...

Re: State of play?

There has been some recent movement, just not as much or as fast as I would like. That may well qualify as understatement of the year, any news on when or if this might manifest itself in the form of a significant release (well over a year since the last one!)? If the answer is no, please persuade ...

Re: Is the 500ML as buggy as the 250ML

Bob, the issue is not so much, how buggy is the 500ML, as whether Strand can be remotely trusted, whatever the desk - if they find it acceptable to leave a desk with as many known bugs completely untouched for coming up to 9 months, why would you ever trust them to support anything else ever again? ...

State of play?

Hi, Is there any chance we can get a firm statement of what Strand's position with this desk? Has all development stopped? if so, are Strand prepared to make it open source so we can have a go at sorting it? Even more cogently, has support for it stopped - I notice there are some non-development que...

Re: External Keybord

I have to ask if anyone from Strand is actually paying attention to this forum? This is the 2nd suggestion in recent times that is a direct repeat of one submitted over a year ago (the other being 'Cue remaining time') and they're both received as good suggestions with a prospect of being implemente...

Re: Bug and Evoltion Software 250ML

I think PJA hits the nail on the head. I don't doubt your good faith, Bobby, but there's no evidence that anyone in the company is backing up your fine words with actions. From previous conversations, I got the feeling that you have similar frustrations to some of us about this board, and maybe bein...
