Re: Powerpoint VBA macro errors on x64 office

Sorry for the double post but I have an update. Through testing I have found that the macro works on Office 2003/ 2007 on either x86 or x64 computers. The programs have to be the 32-bit version. I does not work on either the 64-bit or 32-bit version of Office 2010. The 64-bit version causes a compil...

Re: Using the mediaplayer macros on a remote palette

@BobbyHarrell

Yeah no problem. I don't have the rig itself put together now, took it apart after the test setup, but i'll gladly screengrab.

Re: Using the mediaplayer macros on a remote palette

Cue Sync worked like a charm after I separated the console onto my router instead of the building's. Just went 192.168.1.7(console) and 192.168.1.4(remote) and its all good :D . Thanks, you guys saved me quite the bit of frustration.

I'll try that again tonight, but I've never been able to get Cue Synchronization to work in the past.

Re: Mediaplayer plugin crashes on hc.mediaplayerPlayFile()

Yes, I know that. The problem is PlayFile() still crashes the plugin, requiring a restart. Maybe I'm not sending it the correct arguments?

Re: Using the mediaplayer macros on a remote palette

Yes, but our console only has one vga port out and we want to run video files. So technically yes, but not for this application. That 's why I was wondering if I had remote palette up on another computer if that could drive wmp instead, but can't seem to do that.

Using the mediaplayer macros on a remote palette

I've been banging my head against the wall trying to get this to work. The console is the main controller of everything and is networked together with two other computers, one running remote palette, the other will run powerpoint (to be controlled by palette). No matter how much I try I can't get th...

Mediaplayer plugin crashes on hc.mediaplayerPlayFile()

Hey, Experimenting with the macros for playback of Windows Media Player 11 on my Win 7 x64 with the OLE software installed. I can get the macros for play, pause, and stop working, but playfile() seems to be broken. I've loaded the videos/audio I wanted to use as a playlist and tried putting 'hendrix...

Powerpoint VBA macro errors on x64 office

It seems that I cannot launch the macro inside the powerpoint file I downloaded from here to use with Palette's macro control. I load the powerpoint in Office 2010 x64 after lowering the macro security and get this following error in a pop up box. Compile error in hidden module: Main. This error com...
