I use the plus all the time but not the minus... but when I was on the desk during focusing (before we had a remote) I used 'next' quite a lot....

Hi Robert, Can you try it in a normal browser(preferably firefox) and see if you get any javascript errors, the words 'Strand Palette' are set via javascript when the 'page' has finished loading. If you are getting an error message would you please let us know... Can I possibly suggest re-downloadin...

Hi Robert, As Gooze has mentioned, there is a config.js file in the files folder. The javascript will try to pick up the IP address of your lighting desk, under some network conditions this will not work so you may have to manually set your IP address.
