Re: Wallrack Dimmers

To answer your question you can change the dimming curve on the dimmers to a Non Dim by going into the Main Menu and under Curve. If you check out page 17 of manual it will walk you thru how to change it. I have listed below a link to the manual. Now just as a heads up, we don’t recommend powering L...

Re: Setting faders as submasters on 500ml

There is no submaster setting in the 500ml. What you have to do is record a cue to a fader and then run the cue. What I normally do if I need a fader to act like a submaster is to record the channels to the fader as a cue and then set the Fader to Infade. What that will do is active the cue with the...

Re: Offline software for 500 ML?????

There is currently no Offline Editor for the ML500. If you are looking for a console that has a offline editor program, I would suggest looking at the NEO Console. I have listed a link below to the Neo Software. Thanks http://www.strandlighting.com/forms/neo-console-software-sign-up/ http://www.stra...

Re: Connect console to Wysiwyg Perform

Would it be possible for you to send me your show file and WYG file, so I can test it on my desk and see if I see the same problem?

Thanks.

For the Fan option to work, you will first select the lights that you want to fan and then hold Down Shift and select either Color or Position. A list of options will appear on the screen for Fan First, Fan Middle, Fan Last and Fan V. Once you have selected the Fan option you will hold shift and rot...

Re: LED Fixture on encoders ?

Yes that is possible. Who makes the LED Par lamp, that you have? Depending on the LED Par that you have, the profile might already be in the 250ml fixture library. The library lives on the usb key that came with the console. Once you patch in the profile, you will have control of the color and zoom ...

Re: clear fixture from display ?

To load a fixture into the 250ml you have to go into the Main Menu and then into the Patch screen. You will first have to assign a fixture to one of the softkey’s and then you will have to go into the DMX Patch and set its DMX address. If you check out page 15 thru 19 in the 250ml manual it will exp...

Re: Lock function

If you enable the lock function on the 250ml it will lock out all control to the console. It will also keep you in the main menu until you unlock the console. Thanks.
