I've noticed in the past the tracking sheet info wasn't always correct,
I've also seen odd things like 23541% .... were this things fixed?
I haven't checked recently but as long as I'm not sure that the sheet is up to date and correct I tend to avoid it anyway ....

Syntax [Back] key Issue
I don't know if anybody's noticed before, but when you you use the [back] key when selecting channels it can create a fault in your selection / syntax line. if you want to select channels 10 & 15 & 20 and you type the following: [1][1][+][1][+] ("oops, mistake") [Back][5][+][2][0][enter] the syntax ...

Re: Tracking Backup
by RobertBell on Thu Nov 20, 2008 11:21 pm If you press GO or move a sub on the backup while in backup mode (main still on-line) within a second, your movements will be undone as it re-sync's with the main system. There is no harm in touching the backup while main is on-line . Nothing is going out ...

Attribute Control profile for offsets/limits/etc...
I think that an extra profile (let's call it control profile) which could be entered from the patch windows would be useful, this extra profile could be used to offset, limit, and control values of all sorts of attributes This would be an extra profile on top of the attribute profile so you would ha...

Re: Definable Home Positions
I've been thinking about this a lot as I've com across offset issues before: Scroller colour profile Offset http://www.strand-dev.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=2353 and I'm coming across more and more instances where some sort of user definable attribute offset would be useful the latest was this:...

Atribute Bubbles stick to previous Fixture Attributes
On our Vl light (Sw v10.6.2) we seem to have the following problem: -a fixture with an atribute is selected, ( for instance LDDE spectraconnects on Channel 260 ) in the Bubbles you get the attribute controls [ Colour mode | R | G | B ] -when selecting an other fixture with a different attribute (for...

Scroller colour profile Offset
Am I right in thinking that you can not offset individual frames in a scroller colour profile? I was told you can offset the whole string but if you want to offset a single frame you have to record a colour look first. The possible reason for this (as I was told) is that ofsetting the individual fra...

Quick fix: Blind Update
I am the customer who asked Jo about this issue. We discovered this while programming the first full show on the Palette series for the Vlaamse Opera. We did find a quick fix solution for this problem. If you create a look page called "Empty" (for instance) and bump this page to the top of all look ...
