Strange look behaviour with LOOK button

If, with your mouse, you press the "LOOKS" software-button in your screen and fade in a look, the intensities are yellow in your screen. If you now press the hardware-button [LOOKS] on your desk, the intensities of you look (which is still open) disappear. If you press the [LIVE] button, the channel...

Look

I have a look HTP recorded with channels at full.

By accident, when the look was opened, I recorded it again as an LTP look (with S1 delete and replace with new values).

Then the channels in the look stayed at 50% or 52%. I had to close the program to kill these channels.

Re: Effect indicator in cue action

And how about the colour orange when an effect has changed .... (in that ideal world of Scott). In Roberts example, if you work in cue to cue, you are talking about 2 different effects. In that case you do know where an effect starts and where it stops. So I do like Scotts suggestion (especially the...

Re: Macro to record looks

I get what you're saying about the user interface macros. However having to change the console mode to get a macro to work is a pretty nasty hack. Especially when the mode is otherwise perfectly workable. Would be far more elegant if there were different scripting commands for "dialog box" record a...

Re: Updating a channel in more cues

Thank you Gooze. Strange that something like that is not possible. I think it is a real theatre feature that must be possible at a theatre-lightdesk.

Will it be possible in the next update?!?

I already found out that an inhibitive sub is the only sollution.

Re: Updating a channel in more cues

Hello Brian,

Thanks, I forgot to tell that I work in "Cue Only" mode, that is quite common in Europe.

Just to update 1 channel 10% lower in the cues in which that channel is used still doesn't work the way you described.

Open to suggestions :P

All best,

Updating a channel in more cues

Hello, How can I do the following? I want to update, let s say, channel 20, in all cues with a lower percentage, let s say, -10%. Something like: 20 [update] {chansin} cue 1 thru 10 @ -10 enter (300/500 style) I tried: 20 UPDATE (Selective update) CUE 1Thru 10 ..... don't know what to do next (@ doe...

Re: Submasters and editor screen

Hello Floriaan,

I didn't think about that one yet. For a lookfader I like to see something happening in the live screen, the first channel that s moving would be good.

Submasters and editor screen

If I use more channels then I can see in my display, the display jumps automatically to the channels I typed in last. So, if I type 1 FULL, I do see channel 1 in my editor screen, if I type channel 100 FULL, the screen jumps to channel 100. If I have channel 1 FULL under lookfader 1 and channel 100 ...
