Node input functionality

Has anyone else experienced difficulty using the Strand-net Nodes as inputs for auxiliary control consuls? I have thus far had much difficulty in using them as inputs when touring productions have come in with: Hogs, Grand MA's and Elation Control systems. Most recently I have tried to hook in a Gra...

Moving informational columns in windows

I like how you can move columns around in the cue list window and channel the order in which data is being displayed. Why can I not do that with looking in other similar windows, like in pitch or moving light status, etc...

Bringing up lights, dimmer, & looks on RFU

Does anyone know what causes this and how to nev...

Re: Dimmer CEMs

I have yet to be given my free knee pads. And yes it is sometimes nice and more practical to check status of a circuit at the dimmers. But is it possible to unlock internet explorer on the PDA remote and directly login to your racks from that? Just a thought.

Re: PDA usage notes

Yeah its been quite a challenge getting this new theatre opening in the last few weeks but I did finally get my first day off in along while last monday. But while I like the PDA as a wireless RFU, but in the check function, any time I type a value greater than 1024, it jumps me to 1. It could just ...

Dimmer CEMs

So I have to ask this because this question has been burring in the back of my mind ever since I first saw the Strand SCR dimmer racks. Why is the CEM placed at the users feet? Why not put it at a more user friendly level where you do not have to get on your knees to do anything with it? It just doe...

Re: Following channel and cue list windows

Ok, I will have to try that function, that could be quite useful, but the level wheel only becomes active when something is selected, if it could act as a scroll wheel in any window when you have yet to select anything, that would be a quite useful feature, so say for the channel window, you move th...

Re: PDA usage notes

I have seen that in your last update of the wireless RFU PDA software you have added the ability to bring up your individual DMX outputs instead of just flashing them, which is of tremendous if you need to check or focus something without having to patch it yet. While this is a great improvement, I ...

Re: Following channel and cue list windows

I am glad to see this is an issue that has not just been bothering me, and it is just a very useful thing to see what you affecting both before and after you have enter in a command. But while we are talking about scrolling, is it possible if you plug in an external mouse with a scroll wheel to have...
